News about the MP Board 12th Result 2020 after COVID-19

As the entire world is fighting against the deadly coronavirus which is causing the disease COVID-19, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has ordered a nationwide lockdown which has been very recently extended to the 3rd of May. It can be increased further depending on the situation and nothing is certain as of yet. Everything except for the essentials are closed and people are even working from home. The Centre has decided that no educational institutions will start operating at least before June.

Why Postponed Exams:

The Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education had the class 12th exams scheduled to end on 27th March. But due to the sudden lockdown initiated by the Prime Minister on 23rd, the exams scheduled on 24th and 27th of March had to be postponed. Initially, the lockdown was announced till 31st of March, which later got extended to 14th of April and has again been extended till the 3rd of May with no certainties whether it will be further extended or not. All educational institutions across the country will probably be closed until June at least. This means that the exams will only be held once the lockdown is over and that doesn't seem likely before June.

What about the MP Board results?

As the exams have been postponed at least till May, the results will also be delayed quite a lot. Generally, the MP Board 12th result 2020 was expected to be announced in late April or early May. But since the exams weren't completed and the institutions are closed, evaluation cannot begin. However, it is expected that once the situation normalises and the remaining exams are conducted, the board will speed up the evaluation process and try to announce the results without much delay.

How to stay updated and posted?

The MP Board of Secondary Examination will make announcements regarding the dates of the remaining exams once the situation improves and the dates are finalised. The date of the results will also be announced once the remaining exams are conducted. Students can find all the related information on the Fastresult website or application. Stay up to date with all the MP board exam related information and don't worry about how things are going to turn out. For now, all we can do is stay home and stay safe and expect that we will be able to fight COVID-19 together with solidarity and hope.
